Hi Don, great to hear from you and much appreciated, thank you very much. By the way I made the Pasties a few weeks ago, to keep my vegetarian wife happy I substituted good English Aged Cheddar for the meat but they were very tasty. Kept the turnips, onions and potatoes and being lazy used commercial butter puff pastry. I think next time I'll make my own pastry and make a few meat ones for myself! Cheers.
